The project
This commercial construction project, was for a long-established local carpet manufacturer, who were looking to consolidate 3 sites into one manufacturing site. We are proud to have partnered with EC Carpets to deliver this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which features a 100m long carpet backing line. The design incorporates a modern, tastefully designed 2-story office, dado wall construction, loading docks & concrete hardstand and landscaped staff and visitor carpark.

The project
Our client invested in this new facility to improve material segregation and landfill diversion by offering more waste recovery options. We were engaged by Pascale Construction to deliver a commercial construction project for a clear span structural building. This incorporated a 40m clear span building with a split roof design.

- Hot dipped galvanised steel structure with engineered concrete push walls
- Setdown truck drive-through bays for ease of loading
- Split height roof design with raised area of 13m concrete

Design to maximise productivity and workflow throughout the building, specifically for storage & transport of stock. A range of building features were explored to enhance and increase efficiencies for greater productivity and greater connectivity throughout the space.

- Careful placement of columns to avoid internal walkways.
