When designing your machinery shed, there are many design features we take into consideration to ensure it meets your requirements:

  • Extra large openings for easy access

  • Gutter and downpipe systems to maximise stormwater overflow

Frequently asked questions.

Any questions you may have our building consultants will be more than happy to assist you.

Machinery sheds are used to store farm equipment such as tractors, combine harvesters and rotary tillers. However, when farming equipment is not in use, many of our customers take advantage of using their machinery sheds for storage of hay or grain to get the most out of their investment.
We always recommend to our customers to consider site orientation, where would you like the shed to fit on your block for easy access of farming equipment and machinery.
Sliding doors can be a great option to add to your machinery shed. If you want to have sliding doors you need to ensure sufficient clearance for sliding doors, the shed height needs to be at least 500m above the door height. All technical aspects will be explored with your building consultant.

In the case of all machinery sheds we build, they can always be expanded in the future. When planning doors, canopies, or lean-to’s later, it's important to discuss all future planning aspects with your building consultant so we can ensure that all engineering is taken into account.

Future-proofing is a vital aspect we cover with you during the consultation process.
